ISIS terrorist group is planning to send 16 of its fighters on suicide missions after they were tested positive for AIDS, a Syrian source claimed. The fighters are currently in quarantine in a hospital in the city of Mayadeen in the eastern Syrian province of Deir ez-Zor, the Kurdish Syrian ARA news reported.
