Shafaqna Pakistan: One terrorist was killed and five other were arrested after an exchange of fire with Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in Karachi in the wee hours of Monday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the CTD personnel conducted an operation in Shah Latif Town area of Karachi during which the terrorists hurled a hand grenade on the armored vehicle of the CTD.
An exchange of fire also took place between terrorists and CTD during which one terrorist was killed and five other were arrested.
According to DIG CTD, the law enforcement agency personnel also recovered explosive material, suicide jackets and a rickshaw laden with explosive material from the arrested terrorist. He further said that the identity of the arrested terrorists is not yet known.
