Death toll in Shikarpur Imama bargh attack has mount to 13 while 50 other are reported injured.The attack occurred during a Friday prayer. Shikarpur SSP Saqib Ismail told that at least 45 people were wounded in the blast. He added that the victims were shifted to Civil Hospital Shikarpur.
Sources said that several people are also injured.
Rescue services are on their way to the blast site while the injured are being taken to Civil Hospital Shikarpur. The blast occurred on the same day Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is visiting Karachi to ensure implementation of the National Action Plan devised to eliminate terrorism from the country.
