Shafaqna Pakistan: Former interior minister Senator Abdul Rehman Malik said that Indian branded Daesh was involved in the Dasu incident.

“I have confirmed information that there was solid evidence of direct involvement of India in the Dasu incident,” he said in a panel interview with The News and Jang on Monday. Rehman Malik said India had violated the universal policy against terrorism and now Pakistan and China should take up this issue in the United Nations. “I warn India that we will defeat all the conspiracies of Modi and his intelligence agencies to destabilise Pakistan through RSS and Daesh as we have the technology which can identify the Indian branded Daesh and other enemies.”

He said it was unfortunate that India had tried to harm Pakistan’s objective or peaceful Pakistan through negative propaganda while Pakistan was working for peace, security and stability in the region. He said India had known that if there was peace in Afghanistan then nothing left for India.

Rehman Malik said he foresees the Taliban will soon capture Kabul either through armed or unarmed as already more than 80 percent of Afghanistan was in their control. “By announcing their future manifesto, the Taliban aim to adopt a new attitude towards women and education,” he said.

He said the formation of an interim setup in Afghanistan is a need of the hour for the peace in the region and the Taliban and Afghan government should have to agree to it. He said reorganisation of Daesh in Afghanistan was now more a secret as 12 training camps of Daesh had been established in India.

Rehman Malik said Indian branded Daesh was involved in the Dasu incident as India wanted to target the CPEC to Pakistan had to strengthen the security for the CPEC projects. He stressed the need to foil the USA-India nexus against China as CPEC is the future of Pakistan and there will be no compromise on it.

Malik said the terrorists of banned outfit China East Turkmenistan Islamic Movement (ETIM) were in areas of Gilgit Baltistan. “As an interior minister, I handed over 21 terrorists of ETIM to China and they confessed that they got training from India,” he said.
