Shafaqna Pakistan: According to Baltimore, Maryland’s Johns Hopkins University, which tracks and compiles data on the pandemic, the total number of COVID-19 cases stands at over 201 million globally, while the death toll has surpassed 4.27 million worldwide.
The United States, India, and Brazil remain the three worst-hit countries amid the pandemic. The US has registered well over 35 million infected and over 616,000 fatalities. At the same time, India has 31.8 million infections and 426,000 dead, while Brazil has the second-highest death toll (561,000) and over 20.1 million cases.
