The Superintendent of Central Jail Sukkur, Shahid Chhajro informed that the jail authorities had received black warrants of three convicts, who will be executed on January 13.
A special court of Karachi had issued black warrants of three death row convicts after their links were established with a banned militant outfit.
Jail administration on Tuesday received death warrants of Muhammad Talha, Khalil Ahmed and Shahid Hanif, and subsequently the jail authorities had started taking measures to hang the convicts. It was further said that all the three prisoners will be hanged at 6.30 am on January 13. The jail administration has said that the gallows have been prepared, while the security of the prison has also been tightened in view of security reasons.
