Punjab Home Minister, Colonel (retd) Shuja Khanzada said on Wednesday that mapping of madrassas had been completed which found 90 percent of then operating in accordance with the law while action could be taken against the remaining 10 percent.
Speaking outside the provincial assembly, the home minister condemned Maulana Abdul Aziz’s statement over the attack on the Army Public School in Peshawar.
Colonel (retd) Khanzada added the executions of terrorists were ongoing and would not stop. He further said the decision to form military courts would be made by the parliamentary committee. “The government is not under any pressure and criminals on death row will be executed.”
The home minister also stressed the war against terrorism could be won if media played a positive role.
