India Accepted Ceasefire After Losing Nerve in War

Former National Security Adviser Lt-Gen (Retd) Nasir Khan Janjua has asserted that India agreed to a ceasefire with Pakistan after losing the perseverance and courage to sustain conflict.

Speaking on Dunya TV’s programme TONIGHT with Samar Abbas, Janjua emphasized the importance of identifying those orchestrating subversive activities in Balochistan. “It is critical to reach out to individuals who are playing into India’s hands,” he said.

Highlighting the path to lasting peace in the region, Janjua called for regional cooperation. “Iran and Afghanistan must be taken onboard to ensure successful peace efforts in Balochistan,” he said, stressing the need to end hatred and foster reconciliation.

“If we embrace the youth of Balochistan, they will lift us on their shoulders,” Janjua added emotionally. “I love Balochistan the most. This is not the Balochistan we were meant to have.”

He also noted that former U.S. President Donald Trump had offered to mediate the long-standing Kashmir dispute between Pakistan and India, suggesting a possible role for Washington in fostering regional stability.
