King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, has ordered Saudi authorities to provide full support and comprehensive services to Iranian pilgrims currently in the Kingdom, ensuring their safety and well-being amid ongoing developments in Iran.
The directive was issued following a proposal by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
In a statement, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has been tasked with making all necessary arrangements to assist the Iranian pilgrims until it is safe for them to return to their homeland.
The Kingdom emphasized its continued commitment to serving pilgrims from all nations and safeguarding their welfare, especially in times of crisis.
