The Institute of Research, Studies, and Consulting Services at Umm Al-Qura University, in partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, has introduced two new training tracks as part of the Rafid Al-Haramain program.

The Pilgrim Training Track is designed to provide pilgrims with essential knowledge and practical guidance for performing Hajj rituals confidently, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Saturday.

The program focuses on three key areas — experiencing Hajj, understanding the rituals, and familiarization with systems and services — and features 24 modules available in 15 languages.

The Language Track, meanwhile, provides programs in more than 35 languages for those serving guests at the Two Holy Mosques, addressing diverse cultural needs.
