During a meeting with the Turkish Foreign Minister, the Iranian President highlighted the sensitivity of the current situation in the Islamic world, stating, “At a time when common adversaries of Muslim nations seek to increase pressure, it is expected that Islamic countries create favorable conditions for one another and avoid complicating matters.
Iran and Turkey are brother nations, and it is essential to strengthen their relations. We believe that through exchanges in trade, science, and culture, terrorism and weapons will never prevail.”
According to Shafaqna, quoting the Iranian Presidential website, Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, on the evening of Sunday, 9 Azar 1404, met with Turkey’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and emphasized the historical, cultural, and fraternal ties between the two countries.
He described these relations as deeply rooted, genuine, and full of potential for further development, adding, “If Islamic countries act with a unified will, based on solidarity, cooperation, and sharing of experiences, no power will be able to threaten Muslim nations.”
