Pakistan Cruise Past China 3-0 in Opening Match of U18 Hockey Asia Cup

Shafaqna Pakistan: Pakistan made a strong beginning in the U18 Hockey Asia Cup, securing a 3-0 win over China in their opening fixture in Japan.

The team dominated early proceedings, scoring twice in the first quarter. Muhammad Usman broke the deadlock in the sixth minute to put Pakistan ahead, before Adeel doubled the lead five minutes later.

The second and third quarters saw no further goals, as both China and Pakistan tightened their defensive structures.

In the final quarter, Salman Yaseen scored Pakistan’s third goal, sealing a comfortable 3-0 victory.

Pakistan will next face Malaysia in their second match of the tournament on Sunday.
