Shafaqna Pakistan: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Thursday held a telephone conversation with Pakistan’s Chief of Defence Forces and Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, to discuss the latest regional situation.
According to an official Iranian statement, Araghchi condemned recent US military strikes on Iran, describing them as violations of the United Nations Charter and the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding. He said Iran would firmly defend its sovereignty, territorial integrity and national security against any further aggression.
The Iranian foreign minister also warned against further US military action, saying Tehran reserved the right to respond to any future attacks.
