Shafaqna Pakistan: Security forces have killed five terrorists linked to Fitna al-Hindustan during an intelligence-based operation in Panjgur district of Balochistan, security sources said.
The operation was carried out in the Sarkani and Chhidgi areas under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3. Among those killed was reportedly a key militant commander identified as Wazir, son of Jamal, according to the sources.
Security personnel also recovered four motorcycles, machine guns, heavy weapons and ammunition during the operation.
The militants were allegedly involved in a range of criminal and terrorist activities in Panjgur, including robberies, extortion and kidnappings targeting local traders and residents.
A clearance operation is continuing in the area to locate and eliminate any other suspected militants linked to Fitna al-Hindustan, the sources said.
Security forces remain committed to eliminating the militant network from Balochistan, according to security sources.
