Shafaqna Pakistan: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty on Friday, during which the two sides reviewed bilateral relations and exchanged views on regional and international developments.
Abdelatty conveyed warm Independence Day greetings to Pakistan’s leadership, government and people, wishing the country continued peace, progress and prosperity.
The two ministers reaffirmed the close and brotherly relations between Pakistan and Egypt and expressed their resolve to further expand cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
They also agreed to encourage high-level visits and strengthen institutional engagement between the two countries to deepen bilateral ties.
They exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interest and agreed to remain in close contact.
