Shafaqna Pakistan: A ceremony was held in Mashhad, northeastern Iran, to change the flag atop the sacred dome and the covering of the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS), marking the arrival of Rabi al-Awwal and the conclusion of the mourning period of Muharram and Safar.
The ceremony was held at the Imam Reza shrine as the Islamic month of Rabi al-Awwal began, traditionally marking the end of the mourning period associated with Muharram and Safar.
