In only T20 match between Pakistan and Bangladesh, Host restricted Pakistan to 142 runs target. Pakistan batting faltered in usuall manner as opener Ahmed Shahzad departed after scoring just 17 runs on 31 balls, the debutant Mukhtar Ahmed scored 37 runs supported by Haris Sohail with 30 runs. No other Pakistani batsman could show a better performance. Mustafizur Rahman took two wickets for 20 runs.
