It was year 1992 when People party decided to launch operation against MQM on tip off that MQM is planning to disintegrate Karachi and making Jinnah Pur. Shoaib Suddle was the man who started purging Karachi from MQM and Naseer ullah Babar was the boss to issue instructions. During this campaign against MQM, Shoaib Suddle and law enforcement agencies claim to recover maps of Jinnahpur. However nothing happened and few years later PPP was topple and PML-N came into power and MQM was back on track. Once again on March 11, 2015 MQM headquarters has been raided and rangers claimed to arrest number of proclaimed target killers and sophisticated weapons from the nine zero.
Nusrat Mirza, a journalist by profession, who was heading Mahajir Rabata Committee in early 1990s, revealed in Geo TV talk show on September 3, 2009, that formation of Jinnahpur State was a tactical plan of MQM. He said that Altaf Hussain had announced in a meeting in his presence that if operation was launched against MQM, they would seek outside assistance. He confirmed existence of torture cells. Now in a similar fashion two hitmen of MQM Umair Siddiqui and Saulat Mirza have confessed that MQM supremo was behind target killing and all the other crimes including extortion. However like 1992, MQM is once against denying that they have any link with Saulat Mirza or Umair Siddiqui, even media has shown several pictures of MQM leader Farooq Sattar with Umair Siddiqui. Now it is time that MQM should be brought to justice and not only MQM but all those who have destroyed Karachi’s peace.
