Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah Sunday denounced PTI and PAT for dragging army into politics.
Speaking to media persons in Sukkur, Shah said that those staging sit-ins in Islamabad don’t believe in parliament and constitution. “They (PAT and PTI) are fighting the Parliament,” he opined.
“People in Islamabad are fed up of sit-ins and it is government’s job to restore law and order,” he said.
He said that state institutions should not be involved in politics.
To a question, he said that PPP doesn’t want to do politics on floods.
The opposition leader made it clear that no unconstitutional demand of the protesting parties would be accepted by the Parliament.
