The Russo-Syrian Intergovernmental Commission has concluded a series of agreements in the context of the recovery of the Syrian economy including the abandonment of the dollar in Russian-Syrian transactions, told reporters the deputy chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Russian industry, Vladimir Padalko, on the sidelines of a meeting of this commission in Damascus.
