SHAFAQNA PAKISTAN (Shia News Agency)-

The tragic crash of helicopter resulting in precious lost of lives has saddened the nation. There was no foul play, no sabotage; sometimes tragedy comes without cause. Ambassador of Philippines Domingo D Lucenario Jr, Ambassador of Norway Leif Larsen and the wives of the Malaysian and Indonesian ambassadors were among seven people killed in a helicopter crash in Heliin the Gilgit-Baltistan region. The death of these high profile personalities who were going on a three-day trip to the scenic valley is a great tragedy and a blow to Pakistan’s efforts to bring foreigners here. The tragedy will have serious repercussions for the overall image of Pakistan. The country has already been facing isolation from the rest of the world due to the stigma of terrorism and poor law and order situation. Now this crash incident has created more difficulties for Pakistan. The government will have to make renewed efforts to convince foreign delegates to visit the country.

Now Pakistan needs to clear the cause of incident. In present times, high-profile accidents or deaths quickly attract speculation, so it was necessary to quell those from the outset. Perhaps, though, in the determination to refute TTP propaganda, the authorities here overstepped the mark. In order to refute the claim, Military should at once make the inquiry report to the public so that people could know the true reason of incident.
