SHAFAQNA PAKISTAN (Shia News Agency)
Sindh Government in a welcoming move has banned establishment of news seminaries without prior permission of Home Department. Had the Government of Sindh done this time ago, situation would have been quite better now. Though it is late yet is positive move. Dawn writes ““There is a political consensus to fight terrorism and the decisions taken today to execute the apex committee decisions reflect that consensus,” home secretary Mr Kazi told reporters after the meeting”. This step of Sindh Government would definitely support fight against terrorism. But major issue in Pakistan is not legislation or law but their implementation. Would Sindh Government assure that no permission certificate would be issued on pressure of influenced figures of Pakistan? Would there be no nepotism? Would home ministry employs not take bribe for such certificates? If Government assures these steps this would help to nab terrorism but if does not it is useless.
