Shafaqna Pakistan: Former president Asif Ali Zardari’s platelet count is also low, according to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) spokesperson.

PIMS spokesperson Waseem Khawaja spoke to Geo News, saying that Zardari’s platelet count was low but he was out of danger. Khawaja said that Zardari was being taken care of at PIMS.

“Zardari is also suffering from bladder pain,” he said. “There is a urologist and a pathologist in the medical board formed to treat the former president.

PPP’s Saeed Ghani warned the government on Saturday that if anything happened to Zardari or Nawaz Sharif, then the party would hold the prime minister responsible.

Ghani lashed out at Prime Minister Imran, saying that he had gone too far in exacting political revenge.

“The prime minister has gone so far in his hate for political opponents that they may not be left alive,” he said. “If anything happens to Nawaz Sharif or Asif Zardari, we will hold Prime Minister Imran responsible.”

Ghani said that Musharraf’s ghost was present inside the prime minister. He prayed to God to protect political prisoners from the prime minister.

Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur were arrested by NAB a few months ago for their involvement in the fake bank accounts scandal. NAB alleged that the PPP leaders had laundered billions using fictitious bank accounts.
