It seems that Pakistan’s traditional political parties have reached to their logical conclusion. Not only people have rejected traditional dynastic political parties but they are also facing and inside rebellion. PPP once a party knows as anti-establishment and having roots across the country is now at the brink of disintegration. PPP has been divided into three groups, one group is the loyalists of Ex-President Asif Ali Zardari, second group is working under the leadership of Faryal Talpur, who does not want to see Bilawal Bhutto Zardari as party chairman and third group is follower of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who wants Faryal Talpur and his family to stop interfering in party politics. Apart from this Zulfiqar Mirza the old buddy of Asif Ali Zardari is also in defiant mood and harshly criticizing the party policies and that is the very reason that today PPP announced to quash his party membership.
One thing that Imran Khan has done to Pakistani society is that he has sensitized it, therefore people are rejecting traditional political parties.
