A day before a gunmen opened fire on a free speech even organized by Swedish artist Lars Vilks in Copenhagen, the one who was responsible for caricaturing the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) several years ago. According to AP “Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt described the assault as “a terrorist attack” as Danish television showed the windows of the Krudttonden cafe pock marked by multiple bullet holes”. Western world has rushed to declare this incident as a terrorist attack but where do they fit the extreme abuse of freedom of speech when the same artist made fun of Holy Prophet PBUH? According to AFP “French ambassador to Denmark Francois Zimeray, who had been present at the debate but was not hurt, told AFP the shooting was an attempt to replicate the January 7 killings at the Charlie Hebdo weekly in Paris”. Thus it makes clear that if West, in the name of freedom of speech will continue such nefarious acts, anyone among two billion Muslims will continue to hunt them.
