Shafaqna Pakistan: The government has increased dealers’ margins on petrol and diesel by 14%, approving an additional Rs1.34 per litre for dealers of both products with immediate effect.
Following the revision, the dealers’ margin has risen from Rs8.64 to Rs9.98 per litre.
The increase will take effect immediately.
The decision comes a day after the government raised the price of petrol by Rs3.81 per litre, taking the retail price to Rs341.59 per litre.
Similarly, the price of high-speed diesel was increased by Rs3.59 per litre, bringing its new price to Rs368.29 per litre.
